ECOVOS+, the mobile interlocking protection, turns standard ECOVOS components into interlock hose connectors in no time at all, thereby saving inventory costs and increasing economical efficiency.
For larger requirements, ECOVOS hose connectors with interlocking protection can also be manufactured as single parts with integrated securing rings.

The ECOVOS VA range provides the components in Stainless Steel and enables crimping of many different hose types (1SN, 2SN, 1ST, 2ST, 1SC, 2SC, 1SN-K, 2SN-K, 2TE, 3TE, 4SP and SPC3) with only one hose insert profile.
Swage Ferrules, and Hose Inserts (Straight, 45° and 90°) are available in all common connection types.

Pulse and Pressure Testing
STAUFF is not only able to realize pulse tests according to ISO 6803 but also pursuant to ISO 6802 (OMEGA TEST), ISO 8032 (HALF OMEGA TEST) with dynamic alternating bending loads, and there is also the opportunity to realize the well known KOMATSU TEST.
These dynamic tests can be performed according to customers’ requests.
